By attending our Centre for Coaching, Natioanl academy of Coaching Psychology and Academy's Institute of Leadership Approved Programmes, our Learners become eligible to join the Institute of Leadership at Associate and Full Member levels.

1. The 5-day ‘Coaching Development Programme’ has been recognised as providing eligibility for the ‘Associate’ grade.

2. The 6-day (two, 2-day modules) ‘Performance Coaching and Stress Management Programme’ has been recognised as providing eligibility ‘Associate’ grade.

Once one of above programmes has been successfully completed, then learners can progress onto to next programme:

​

• ‘Psychological Coaching Development Programme’ has been recognised as providing eligibility ‘Member’  grade.

​

If a Learner has successfully attended the 3 programmes above, they can apply for the Advanced programme:P

• Advanced Coaching Development Programme’ has been recognised as providing eligibility for the ‘Member’  grade.
